Bon Jovi rocker Richie Sambora took a plea bargain deal in court this week that left him with essentially no jail time in his DUI incident.Sambora pled no contest to one charge of DUI. For that charge, the rocker received 3 years probation, alcohol education and awareness classes and a fine.
In addition the other count of DUI was dropped and the related child endangerment charge for having daughter Ava in the car with him at the time of his DUI arrest, was dropped as well. Ava, 10, is Sambora's daughter from his marriage to now ex-wife, actress Heather Locklear.
