Singer, actress and entertainer Beyonce Knowles is reportedly planning to retire from performing after recording her next album in order to serve as a talent scout for her new husband, rapper Jay-Z and his record label, Island Def Jam. Allegedly, Beyonce has already found her first recruit, according to one of Beyonce's cousins via a statement to the media.
